You’ll receive prompts, resources, exercises, and activities that take you through 30 days of the program, meeting twice a week, face to face, and checking in via text and email. At the end of the 30 days, you’ll have developed practices, habits, and skills that will empower you to move forward toward your self-fulfillment and successes in life.
